Arboles 8

In a fit of madness I bought a little place a couple of blocks from me but still in Centro. I is about 100 Square meters of land altogether on which there is one and a quarter built covering all the land. It is in need of some major work that will include building a full second floor with access to the roof and eventual roof patio, and taking out most of the existing partitions to open it up and get some light into the place. The deal is not fully closed yet so can't start anything. I have in mind two one bed apartments but not fully decided till I see how it opens up. I will post some pics and updates from time to time.
